Why Group Piano?
Traditional piano lessons aren't the right fit for every child.
Some kids love sitting at a piano for 30 minutes. Others need variety, movement, games and a little extra motivation to stay engaged.
That's exactly what makes our Group Piano program different.
Students learn piano through a combination of individualized instruction and hands-on activities that keep them learning, moving and having fun.
One Class. Five Ways to Learn.
1. Piano
Individualized instruction every week
Each student receives 15 minutes of individualized piano instruction at their own keyboard, allowing them to work on their playing and progress at their own pace.
2. Music Theory
Learning through Games and Technology
Students build their understanding of music theory through interactive computer lessons and games.
3. Note Reading
Learn to read music
Students regularly work on note-reading activities that help turn music on the page into music they can play.
4. Rhythm
Feel the beat - don't just count it
Drumming and rhythm activities help students develop timing, coordination and a stronger sense of rhythm.
5. Practice Rewards
Practice. Earn points. Pick a prize!
Students earn points for practicing at home and can redeem them at our Prize Wall.
